At the onset, the Beam Foundation is governed by a designated Board of Directors.

All the decisions, including project funding and appointment or dismissal of Board Directors, are taken by simple majority of votes.

FUTURE COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE

Our long-term goal is to establish a more decentralized governance system giving voting power to the community.
This will take some time to implement. We will be researching various options for implementing such a system and sharing our thoughts.
